First things first – no-one's boobs can defy gravity unless they're paying for a plastic surgeon, or if they have some kind of deal with the devil going on. Everyone's boobs will naturally droop a little as they get older, and that's a fact. A recent UCLA study found that breast tissue ages two to three years faster than the rest of your body, and it usually starts in your twenties when you start slowing down on stem cell production.
While it's inevitable that your breasts will sag as you get older, there are some everyday habits that could dramatically affect how perky they will be in the future. While genetics and having a baby obviously play a big part, there are some habits that you could easily drop to make sure your boobs don't plummet further than you'd like.
1. Wearing bad bras
You've heard it once and you'll hear it again – throw out your gross, old bra whose straps have gone completely limp, and get yourself something of better quality with proper support. Don't be afraid to shop around until you find the perfect fit, because a bra that isn't supporting you properly will cause your boobs to bounce around and drop.

2. High-impact exercises
Frequent running, squat jumps, and other exercises that cause your bust to bounce up and down over and over will cause breast collagen to deteriorate. A really good sports bra is super important to prevent this, and you could also try mixing it up by alternating your running sessions with a trip to the pool to do laps instead.

3. But also, not exercising at all
A lack of exercise can also lead to saggy breasts. In fact, many people swear that doing exercises targeting the chest muscles will keep your breasts perky by toning the muscles underneath. Try a few sets using light weights, or look-up some yoga routines to strengthen your upper torso just by using your bodyweight.

4. Bad posture
Slouching can impact your breasts over time because of the unnatural positions they're put in. Try to sit up straighter, and keep your head up and shoulders back when standing.

5. Yo-yoing weight
Crash dieting and causing your weight to fluctuate dramatically will strain your skin and cause breast tissue to become slack. Try to adjust your weight gradually, if that's your goal, and maintain it with a proper diet that you can stick to.

6. Smoking
It's well known that skin loses its elasticity because of excessive smoking. The lack of blood supply to the skin's surface will weaken and age it prematurely, decreasing the amount of collagen and causing your boobs to drop.

7. Skimping on the sunscreen
Slather up baby, because the sun's UV rays will age your skin, leading to premature wrinkling, stretched-out collagen and damaged skin. The way that boobs are angled means they're particularly susceptible to sunburn, so be sure to apply a double coat. (Also, make sure you're moisturising your girls on the daily if you're not already.)

8. Eating fatty foods
Surprise surprise – eating all those donuts, chips and candy causes your boobs to weigh down, just as your butt and belly might become softer and less pert than you'd like. As you age it's known that breasts slowly become more fat-based, so try to keep your snacking in check.
